Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of beats, sample packs, and sounds, all sales are generally final once downloads are delivered.

Beats & sample packs

If a file is corrupted or undelivered, contact help@raylineaudio.com within 7 days and we'll re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.

Credits

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.

Exclusive licenses

Exclusive offers are negotiated individually. Once an exclusive offer is paid and the beat is transferred, refunds are not available.

Membership

You may cancel your sounds membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period remains active until it ends and is non-refundable.
