By using Rayline Audio, you agree to these terms.
License grants
Basic and Premium licenses are non-exclusive and revocable. You may use licensed beats for distribution subject to each license's terms. Exclusive rights transfer ownership of the beat and remove it from future sale.
Creator uploads
You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Rayline Audio a license to host, preview, and sell it. You confirm you own or have rights to all uploaded content. Uploaded sounds are reviewed before publishing.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer sounds, or use the platform to upload infringing or unlawful content. Violations may result in account termination.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and credit packages are shown at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Liability
Rayline Audio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
